Salutations™!!
Dear Reader, I want to apologize to you. I try to keep up my daily updates and I try to give you quality content for these blog posts. I could just do it when I feel like it or whatever, but I know me and if I stop posting every day, and have a reason for it, then I won’t do it enough to make any difference, especially to myself. So, these posts happen and we go on.
It’s no secret that I love music and what the videos do is give me something to put out here that goes along with my love of it, but also gives me something to post when I don’t get to it on time. So, yeah, it’s Tuesday’s post. Here ya go.
So, tomorrow is the 41st anniversary of the Judas Priest album Killing Machine which was renamed in the US as Hell Bent For Leather after the Cleveland Elementary shootings by 16-year old Brenda Spencer where she said she did it because “I don’t like Mondays. This livens up the day.” That, of course, led to the Boomtown Rats tune, “I Don’t Like Mondays.” Here’s a video of the title track of the US version, done by a Priest tribute band. I don’t know if I should be impressed or feel sorry for them. Anywhat! Enjoy!
Until tomorrow, same blog channel…
Scorp out!

“Seek him here, seek him on the highway. Never knowing when he’ll appear. All await, engine’s ticking over. Hear the roar as they sense the fear. Wheels! A glint of steel and a flash of light! Screams! From a streak of fire as he strikes! Hell bent, hell bent for leather.” – “Hell Bent For Leather” (Tipton)
