Salutations™!!
The BCPF and I did some shopping and, of course, records yesterday. The haul was short, though. Here it is:
King’s X – Tape Head — This is from 1998. It was one of the RSD rereleases and it’s Limited Edition, Numbered, PINK vinyl. There were only 2500 of these printed. This one that I have is #102 out 2500. That’s low! Record Store Day 2021 Release, Limited to 2500. RSD Sticker on Front says “First Time on Vinyl! Exclusive Numbered Edition on PINK WAX” Thanks to Bob S for getting this for me after camping all night. New.
King’s X – Manic Moonlight — This was from September 2001. Limited Edition, Numbered, Reissue, Remastered, Orange Neon vinyl. This was #1366 out of 2500. Not as low. Hype sticker: “FIRST TTIME ON VINYL! Exclusive numbered edition on NEON ORANGE WAX” New. Thanks again to Bob S.
Gregory Alan Isakov – Evening Machines — This is someone that The BCPF hears on her Pandora channel all the time. She decided she liked it and wanted it. Okay. New.
Grant Lee Phillips – Widdershins — Grant Lee Phillips played the Troubadour on the television show, The Gilmore Girls, of which The BCPF and I are big fans. This is a great album. He sounds a little like Jakob Dylan. It’s good stuff. New.
Watch Underdog Records’ social media and see what Jonathan has just gotten in and is putting up for sale. You can buy new records 24/7 by visiting the Underdog Records website. I use Discogs to track my collection and you should, too!
Until tomorrow, keep spinnin’…
Scorp out!
