Salutations™!!
Today would have been Richard Wright’s 75th birthday if he were still here, so here’s a pretty darned good tribute to one of his best-known compositions, “The Great Gig in the Sky.” It’s presented by Carlos Assad from Brazil and a few of his pals. Enjoy!
RIP Richard Wright!
Until tomorrow, same blog channel…

“And I am not frightened of dying, any time will do, I don’t mind. Why should I be frightened of dying? There’s no reason for it, you’ve gotta go sometime. If you can hear this whispering you are dying.” – “The Great Gig in the Sky” (Wright/Torry)
