Salutations™!!
Today is the 48th anniversary of The Eagles Desperado. To me, it’s their second finest piece of work after, of course, Hotel California. I don’t like a lot of country but this was country rock, with an “old west” theme and it just all fit together. There are a lot of great tunes on this album but I have to keep going back to the title track. I have performed this a lot, but alas, there is no video footage of me doing it, that I know of. So, we’ll go with this great version instead. Enjoy!
Until tomorrow, same blog channel…
Scorp out!

“Don’t your feet get cold in the winter time? The sky won’t snow and the sun won’t shine. It’s hard to tell the night time from the day. And you’re losing all your highs and lows. Ain’t it funny how the feeling goes away…?” – “Desperado” (Henley/Frey)
