- Eagles – Desperado (one of my top three Eagles albums, VG in $1 bin)
- Liza Minnelli – Liza With A “Z” (A Concert For Television) (I am not at all ashamed that I have, listen to, like Liza, VG+ in the $1 bin)
- Nantucket – Long Way To The Top (you may recall that this is a Eugeology entry from just a few weeks back, I vowed to find it on vinyl, here it is, VG in $1 bin)
While we were in Underdog Records yesterday, a friend of my pal, Patrick, was in there hanging with him and he started to get the vinyl bug. He started asking about turntables and such. Patrick asked me if Jonathan sold turntables and I said yes! It’s really according to his inventory, but he is constantly replenishing his used turntable inventory and also has some receivers and speakers for sale at any given time. Just keep checking with him. We were happy with our haul from yesterday and we listened to a good many of them, even in our truncated Saturday schedule. Again, I love Underdog Records. And, I love using Discogs because it tells me of so much of the “behind the scenes”/technical things and release history and I can share my collection with my friends. I dig them both the most and it’s the perfect pairing.
Until tomorrow, happy listening…
Scorp out!

“When I think back on all the crap I learned in high school it’s a wonder I can think at all. And though my lack of education hasn’t hurt me none, I can read the writing on the wall. Kodachrome. They give us those nice bright colors. They give us the greens of summers. Makes you think all the world’s a sunny day. I got a Nikon camera. I love to take a photograph. So, Mama, don’t take my Kodachrome away.” – “Kodachrome” (Simon)
