Salutations™!!
Today is the 49th anniversary of The Rolling Stones’ Exile on Main Street. Many folks think this is their best album and it’s actually one of my least favorite Stones albums. I don’t mind the Stones, I just don’t like much of this album. Clay Howard and I talked about this album on one of the last Beeswax Vinyl & More podcasts that we did and we both agreed that it would have been a great EP if they had narrowed it down to about 5 songs. It ranked high on all the RS lists because people are dumb. I kid about that. Here’s a great cover by someone with a great voice.
