Salutations™!!
Today is the 39th anniversary of Rod Stewart’s Tonight I’m Yours album. This was really my first exposure to Rod the Bod. He had some stuff that I knew about but didn’t really know much about what I knew. Does that make sense? Probably not, but that’s okay. This was and probably is one of my favorite Stewart songs. She’s a bit wavering in the chorus but the rest is pretty good. Enjoy!
Until tomorrow, same blog channel…
Scorp out!

“Billy wrote a letter back home to Patti’s parents tryin’ to explain. He said: ‘We’re both real sorry that it had to turn out this way. But there ain’t no point in talking when there’s nobody listening, so we just ran away. Patti gave birth to a ten-pound baby boy.'” – “Young Turks” (Stewart/Appice/Hitchings/Savigar)
