Salutations™!!
Today is the 35th anniversary of the soundtrack to the film White Nights. I saw the film, twice, and while I know it has Mikhail Baryshnikov, Gregory Hines and Isabella Rossellini and being about ballet in Russia. I remember next to nothing about the film. Well, other than the soundtrack. I have it on CD and on vinyl. This song is one of my favorites to do in karaoke when I can find a willing female voice to help me. I looked and couldn’t find a version that I liked, even with Phil doing it with various female singers and they all dragged. This, the official version, moved at a perfect pace. Enjoy!
Until tomorrow, same blog channel…
Scorp out!
