Salutations™!!
Today is the 41st anniversary of the debut album from The Knack. It’s their biggest album and has their biggest hit, which I really dig. But I decided to not play that one and go with the follow-up. Like its predecessor, this song was included on the Chipmunk Punk album that as a kid as all I knew about a lot of those songs. I realize now that this song had no place on a record “for kids.” So, enjoy!
Until tomorrow, same blog channel…

“So, you call her on the phone to talk about the teachers that you hate. And she says she’s all alone, and her parents won’t be coming home ’til late. There’s a ringing in your brain, cause you could’ve sworn you thought you heard her saying: ‘Good girls don’t. Good girls don’t. Good girls don’t, but I do.'” – “Good Girls Don’t” (Fieger)
