That’s a good tip about soy sauce, I’ll have to try it. I make Asian food regularly but am always worried about sodium, as high blood pressure runs in my Mom’s side of the family.
Yeah, definitely try Worcestershire as a substitute, I doubt you’ll really notice a difference.
