Salutations™!!

Today is the 31st anniversary of Don Henley’s The End of the Innocence album. I remember when it came out. I remember when the title track was first released that I knew that was Bruce Hornsby playing the piano, he just has that style. This album is #389 on the RS list and I like it. I used to do this song with my old, departed friend, Noel Livengood. I picked this version, well because the dude has a righteous beard. Enjoy!

Until tomorrow, same blog channel…
Scorp out!

“I’m learning to live without you now. But I miss you sometimes. The more I know, the less I understand. All the things I thought I knew, I’m learning again. I’ve been tryin’ to get down to the heart of the matter but my will gets weak and my thoughts seem to scatter but I think it’s about forgiveness. Forgiveness. Even if, even if you don’t love me anymore.” – “Heart of the Matter” (Campbell/Henley/Souther)
