Tomorrow, September 30, one of the coolest breweries in WSNC, that would be Hoots Roller Bar and Beer Company, will be unleashing their fantastic Zinzendorf Oktoberfest, the FOURTH annual release of it, and they will be celebrating their fourth anniversary as well. Cool how all that happens at once, right?
Well, many of you may and many of you may not know that Hoots is the “presenting sponsor” of The Beer Dads podcast and is the “liquid reward” for The Man Who Walked the Town blog. So, in honor of this celebratory occasion, The Beer Dads will be doing a remotely recorded podcast at Hoots tomorrow starting around 6:30 pm. We’ll be talking with any of the Hoots people we can nail down and we want to talk with patrons, friends and fans of Hoots beer! Well, that and fans and friends of The Beer Dads.
The festivities for Hoots will be from noon until midnight. During the daylight hours, there will be bands playing on the stage and a fantastic BBQ guru serving food with games and other hilarities. And then, as the sun goes down, the night goes on to a DJ and the Bahtmobile food truck! Also, I know there’s a dunking booth during the day and that’s always fun, right? There is tell of some archival Oktoberfest brews from years past that Hoots has had in storage so it will be “vintage!”
So, tomorrow from noon until midnight, come have some great beer, great food, great music, fun games and, oh yeah, say hi to the Beer Dads. Hoots is located at 840 Mill Works Street. There will be several available parking lots up and down Northwest Blvd so don’t be afraid of parking. Come have a grand time!!
Until tomorrow, same blog channel…
