After playing at Finnigan’s Wake on Friday night with the “modified” Threadbare Trio, I got home around 2:20am. I am not one that is able to just come home and go to bed. I have to wind down. That doesn’t mean I won’t just fall asleep in my recliner. I will still do that. I did do that. Without my CPAP it’s like I wasn’t asleep when I fell asleep. I finally got up and went to bed around 5:30am and put the mask on. After an hour, the alarm went off and it was time to walk. I could have poo pooed that but don’t want to get into that rut. The BCPF and I walked our 10k by 10a in the eastern downtown/Old Salem area, which was hard on an hour’s sleep and dehydration.
We went home, freshened up and went to The BCPF’s company picnic, then we went downtown, again, for Pride, talked to some really cool people and friends and then visited my buddy, Jonathan at Underdog Records and then ate at West End Cafe. This morning it was brunch at Willow’s‘s and now watching the Steelers game. I believe Ben sprained his left knee (at least I hope that’s all he did); I hope he’s okay.
Until tomorrow, same blog channel…
