I’m thankful for my dad, Ma Père. I don’t know if I ever showed it but I always strove to be that kind of dad. The kind that, no matter what, is always there for his kids. I try to be that and I guess I am, but I think we all kind of wonder from time to time about how good a job we’re doing. He has always been there for me. He’s my biggest critic (at least poking fun wise) and one of my biggest supporters. I always ask questions about life and “how did you deal with me in this situation.” I’m just glad he’s my dad and I love him.
Happy Father’s Day to all my readers, friends and family that are dads, and even those who are stepdads. Stepdads are important because sometimes that’s the only father figure the kids have in their lives or are the one they need. I consider stepparents parents. They are. Enjoy your days, gents. And hang in there!
Until tomorrow, same blog channel…
