Yesterday, I put in a full day. I was the MC for the entertainment at the Main Stage for the Burke Street Food Truck Festival. Then I joined Clay Howard and Neal Goode for a gig at Finnigan’s Wake (the Official Emerald Isle of The Less Desirables). It was a long, but fun, day. I am creeping around today from being on my feet all day – my back hurts. But, it was a good, fulfilling day. I really enjoy playing music with my Threadbare Trio brothers.
Until tomorrow, same blog channel…
“From food trucks to hot dog stands to county fair favorites, ‘street food’ has enjoyed a rich and storied history in American cuisine. However, street food has been around for thousands of years. In fact, street food is believed to have originated as far back as Ancient Rome.” – Homaro Cantu
