The Less Desirables Beer of the Week is Mother Earth’s Snow Flurry Juniper Rye IPA, brought to you by The Official Beer Sponsor of The Less Desirables, City Beverage.
I’ll be honest, I don’t really know much about this beer. I absolutely know a few things about the brewery. I’ve talked til I’m blue in the face about Mother Earth and how I’m a fan and how I’ve had the pres on the show and all that. I do know that I’m looking forward to this, even though it’s an IPA. It’s a Juniper Rye IPA and I like Rye anything, usually. So, this is a good one for me to try.
There is no rating on BeerAdvocate as there’s not been 10 ratings, yet. Untappd has it at 3.63 caps out of 5. It’s a good 6.5% ABV, too. Have you had this beer yet? It’s new, so chances are you haven’t. Run by 915 Burke Street and grab your own sixer. Tell Spencer that this is The Less Desirables Beer of the Week and you’ll get 5% off your order. Tune in tonight to see how Caitlin, Rebeccah and I feel about it.
Until tomorrow, same blog channel…
“This IPA is light amber in color and has a nice aroma of juniper and fruit. A dry, spicy note from the rye malt lingers in the finish along with fresh juniper to follow. Go ahead and have a sip of winter.” – Mother Earth Snow Flurry Page
