Kudos to Texas Pete, Brian Cole and all their employees, staff, the bands and this town (WSNC) for their awesome jobs in making the Texas Pete Culinary Arts Festival a rousing success! I ate, I drank, I talked to many friends, I enjoyed. I got quality time with my best girl, The BCPF, too. Spring rolls, pork sandwiches, oysters, catfish, quesadillas and a shload of Not Your Father’s Root Beer. I’m leaving it at that, this is Silent Sunday, after all.
