Ok, so I tried to pull one over on ya, Dear Reader. April Fools! I tried to fool ya, get ya, etc.  The Beer of the Week from City Beverage on The Less Desirables yesterday was not Bud Light Lime.  I wasn’t kidding before yesterday when I said I won’t as I won’t.  If someone offers me one, I’ll say, “no thank you.” It’s not rude, I said “no thank you” not making fun of them for having no beer taste and not turning my nose up.  I will be quite cordial in my declination.

HopBack Amber Ale by Tröegs Brewing Company

So the real beer for yesterday’s show was HopBack Amber Ale from our great friends (they probably have no clue who we are) at Tröegs Brewing Company; faves indeed.  It had a great amber color and some serious lace, but to hear the full on reviews from Eugene, Chris Holmes of RiverRun International Film Festival (Andrew Rodgers had something come up) and me you’ll have to listen to the show, here.  Yes, indeed.

Also, I want to apologize for the delay in getting last night’s show up. We had some difficulties with the Mac in the studio and it wasn’t until this morning that I could get the proper production done.  I have Marko Rivas from Triad Mac coming as I write this to look at the Mac to find out what the trouble is.  I don’t know what is going on so I can’t go into it here.  Maybe I’ll have something tomorrow to write about.  I just know that I need it fixed.  I can’t have any more shows on The Less Desirables Network being delayed, or worse, yet, cancelled because of a computer glitch.  So, here’s hoping Marko gets here soon.  I’m nervous as it is.

So, until tomorrow, same blog channel…
Scorp out!
